Pizza Pizza

I don’t consider myself a foodie, especially now that I live in Utah.  But living in a culturally non-diverse place (at least in my opinion, when it comes to eateries), I’ve been able to experiment a lot with recipes when I get the chance.  Pizzas are my favorite experiment lately.  We even bought a pizza stone and a peel to make it official.

This is the amazing pizza dough recipe that I’ve been using.  It seems like a lot of work, but it’s actually a lot of waiting time.  This dough takes 18 hours to rise, and the best part-no kneading!  I have so much fun making it cause it makes me feel like a dough making pro.  I love it because it makes a really crisp dough, but you can also roll it out super thin if you wanted.  Try it out, you may have found better, if so link me up! I love to try new things (;

So Maybe I dress like a Mortician

I have been looking for a go-to black “leather” jacket ever since Ashley and Mary Kate Olsen started sporting theirs years ago.  It was really important that the sleeves were fitted, because I didn’t want to look like a tough biker chick wearing it, and I wanted to be able to wear it over anything and everything. Here are some that I am currently debating splurging on.

I have a lovely friend who is a Mortician, she came over the other night for dinner in her “work” clothes.  After talking to her I realized that her work clothes were basically what I wear everyday.  I love wearing black, white, grey, and muted colors.  I’m not quite sure why, maybe because those are classy colors, and partly also because I feel comfortable in those colors.  I guess in the end, I don’t really care if I dress like a mortician, but it was an interesting self discovery.
